As leading manufacturer of heating controls, Honeywell will be supporting the Renewables Roadshow series which runs from 6th to 22nd September. The exhibition starts in Bolton at the Reebok Stadium, before moving to Coventry’s Ricoh Arena, The Centaur in Cheltenham, Wembley Stadium, International Centre in Harrogate and finally the SECC in Glasgow.
The Honeywell team will be on stand 35 at each venue to discuss the Fit a Thermostat campaign which highlights the importance of installing heating controls in the home. Despite the fact that 80% of domestic energy consumption is used for the provision of heating and hot water, Government figures reveal that 8½ million UK homes do not have a thermostat.
Honeywell will be displaying its Sundial RF² heating control packs which provide a modern, wireless solution for advanced energy and cost saving controls. They can be installed easily as new, or to upgrade existing heating systems. Each pack contains a wireless enabled timer and a wireless enabled thermostat. Simply replace the timer - the thermostat works automatically with no additional wiring.
Andy Mansfield, marketing communications manager, said: “The roadshows are a perfect platform for us to demonstrate our new Sundial RF² product range and a great way for installers to try our products, speak to us directly and ensure they are fully equipped for the forthcoming winter season.”
The Honeywell stand will feature the full range of Honeywell domestic heating controls and water products. These include digital and analogue thermostats, thermostatic radiator valves, and a comprehensive range of valves and other water controls, all of which are simple to install.
